I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Bristol.
My research interests lie at the intersection of Market Design,
Economics of Education, and Computational Methods.
In my PhD dissertation, Essays on Education Market Design, I investigate the design of Italian teacher assignment, offering insights into how policies can be structured to create fair and efficient labor markets for teachers.
My current and future research agenda aims to inform the design of real-world matching markets, contributing to more effective and equitable policy solutions.
To this aim, I like integrating theoretical insights from matching theory with empirical methods drawn from applied microeconomics, structural econometrics, and machine learning.
